Conditional Access Policies
Conditional access policies are used to control access to resources in Microsoft 365. They are used to protect sensitive data and resources from unauthorized access.
To access the Conditional Access policies, you need to have the following permissions:
- Global Administrator
- Conditional Access Administrator
- Security Administrator
Common policies include:
- MFA required for all users
- Phishing resistant authentication required for all users
- Block access from untrusted networks
- Block access from IP addresses
- Block access from countries
- Block access from devices
- Block access from applications
- Block access from users
